I am absolutely delighted that The Granola Maker will be supporting the upcoming Sims IVF event with RollerCoaster.ie on Saturday, 3 October.

One of the things I love most about running The Granola Maker is seeing my products become part of different occasions, and this is a particularly lovely one to be involved in.

I am so pleased that guests will get to enjoy some of my hand-baked granola on the day, at an event bringing people together for important conversations around fertility and the journey to parenthood.

The Granola Maker is now stocked at Dandelion, the new market, kitchen, café and deli on Main Street in Howth, created by chef Aoife Barker.

Howth has long been one of Dublin’s great food destinations, so I am just thrilled to now have my products on the shelves there.

Aoife has spent years behind the stove, including as head chef at L’Gueuleton, and Dandelion is exactly the kind of food led, independently run place I love seeing The Granola Maker in.

If you’re in Howth, you can now pick up a bag at Dandelion, 16 Main Street.

As a female founder who built this business from my own kitchen, there’s something particularly fitting about being part of a day bringing together women who are building, leading and shaping businesses across Ireland.

The Summit takes place on 1st October at The Grace Hotel, Westport Estate, and I’m delighted to have The Granola Maker involved.
