Hi all, if you happen to have a surplus of rhubarb, or gooseberries or other jam-able fruit that you are not using yourself, please get in touch and I can swap you a few jars in return. I'm always looking for rhubarb, no amount too small ( I have a large freezer 😉).

Just a normal start of the week 😆.
I made Merry Berry jam, Peach Melba, Orange marmalade, Pink Grapefruit marmalade, Raspberry Razzamatazz ( with dark chocolate, apricot jam and vanilla fudge. Do they happen to be your favourites? I do hope so!🤞

Hello lovely people, this morning I had a sneak peak of the new Country Crest Farm Shop - it is fabulous!!! I also stocked up with lots of different jams, chutneys, and cordials ( fudge, too, of course!)
If you have the chance to visit over the next few days, it is worth it 😍. Enjoy the sunshine 🌞

I am soooo excited for this part of the year, finally the elderflower season has begun! I will have elderflower cordial at my stall in the Skerries Mills Farmers Market / Skerries Mills this Saturday ( and all my other preserves as well, of course)

Well peeps, even though I usually don't cook jam on a Thursday, needs must 😎. I found these juicy apricots, so they had to be turned into my "Amazing Apricot" jam. Seasoned with tonka bean and Amaretto di Saronno 😋. Deee-lish🤩. Available on Saturday at
