Hello lovely people, this morning I had a sneak peak of the new Country Crest Farm Shop - it is fabulous!!! I also stocked up with lots of different jams, chutneys, and cordials ( fudge, too, of course!)
If you have the chance to visit over the next few days, it is worth it 😍. Enjoy the sunshine 🌞

Just back from Skerries where I delivered cordials ( rhubarb, elderflower), fudge, and jams to Olive Skerries - just in time for the weekend 🌞

I am soooo excited for this part of the year, finally the elderflower season has begun! I will have elderflower cordial at my stall in the Skerries Mills Farmers Market / Skerries Mills this Saturday ( and all my other preserves as well, of course)

Well peeps, even though I usually don't cook jam on a Thursday, needs must 😎. I found these juicy apricots, so they had to be turned into my "Amazing Apricot" jam. Seasoned with tonka bean and Amaretto di Saronno 😋. Deee-lish🤩. Available on Saturday at

It seems like elderflower season has slowly crept up! Not yet many flowers about, but a handful is enough to make a delicious "Summer Strawberry Jam with Elderflowers".

THANK YOU to everyone who came to the food fair at the www.tseac.ie Seamus Ennis Arts Centre. We got a warm welcome and lots of support yesterday. Lots of artisan food makers, so we were in good company.
