I managed to get my hands on the juciest tomatoes from the Foley brothers in Rush! After 2 days of peeling, chopping, boiling and potting, FINGAL'S FINEST Tomato relish is ready. Now I only need to label those beauts...

My elderflower cordial AND elderberry cordial will be available at the Skerries Mills Farmers Market this Saturday (Only while stocks last).
Elderflower Cordial is fruity and refreshing, can be mixed into Hugo Spritz. The flowers usually bloom in May/June.
Elderberry cordial is dark and rich, full of vitamin C and antioxidants, and can help with colds and sore throats. Can be taken neat ( tablespoon fulls) or in hot or cold drinks. Elderberries are ripe in August/September.

My friend Fin from Sea Glass House gave me some beautiful yellow and green courgettes today. This called for a pickeling session. "Is it not a bankholiday Monday?" you may ask. Well, during the growing season things that got to be done, got to be done 😉🥰🤩
