We are so blessed to have such a great team!

We are grateful that we got to back to the US to attend the wedding of our niece and spend time with friends and family.

Thank you Emma, Pawel, Emily, Katie and Ellena for taking such good care of our customers while we were gone!

If you’ve seen our garden, you know Ferris has a gift. I often say she must have 10 green thumbs!

A few months ago Raheny Men’s Shed donated a small green house to us. Thank you very much, RMS!

In the meantime, Ferris has put it to very good use.

In addition to some of the things she’s planted in the garden, she’s been growing Coriander, Basil and Thai Basil.

And they taste as amazing as her garden looks!

She grew them from organic seeds with organic potting soil, so you can feel good about what you are putting on your food and in your body.

Not to mention the flavour is extraordinary!

Apple juice is not usually my drink of choice. I can take it or leave it.

But when I tasted this apple juice, my taste buds told a different story.

This juice is so complex, crisp and balanced between sweet and tart.

Our newest Flourish team member, Aoife, said it tastes like heritage apples.

And for good reason!

Made here in Ireland from organic apples grown by Darragh Donnelly.

Yes, the same man who grew those amazing cherries we all enjoyed for a few short weeks!

Daragh’s family has been growing apples in Kilsallaghan, Co. Dublin since 1935.

We plan to stock his apples as soon as they are ready, hopefully the end of August or beginning of September.

But until then, you can get a preview with his fabulous apple juice.

We had the first of the peas last week.
