To all our friends/customers.

We all have a social responsibility in these times to avoid the spread of the Corona virus as much as is humanly possible.

That said, we have taken the decision to close our business for the next two weeks to allow all our team to isolate and help break the chain of contact that is allowing this virus to spread.

If every person in our country buys into this action 100% we will get through this relatively quickly with the least amount of pain possible.

If we do not, this will be a much longer affair that will carry a heavy burden.

I urge you all to avoid contact and force this virus to pass.

It is in all of our immediate and best interests.

Have a minimum level 1 Food Safety training.
Be certified for manual handling.

Is currently recruiting a manager for this small retail kiosk business.
This is a great opportunity for the right candidate who has excellent customer service / hospitality skills, that they wish to utilize in a day time business.
If you have a passion for health and are an experienced manager or Team Leader then this exciting position is for you.

Requirement:
A working knowledge of HACCP
Certification @ Level 1 in Food Safety
Certificate in Manual Handling.
At least 1 years’ experience in a management role within a retail food environment.
An understanding of sales generation
Must be fluent in English

Responsibilities:
The organisation of staff rosters in line with % targets.
The generation of sales / stock / management reports on a weekly basis.
The creating and keeping of records relative to HACCP & Food Safety
The training and development of all staff in the areas of their roll including but not limited to: Product Knowledge, Customer Service Skills, Merchandising, Hygiene Management, Suggestive Selling Techniques, and The Companies Operational Procedures.
The training and re-training of staff as an ongoing development program.
The ongoing management of a small team of staff to ensure world class service for our highly valued customers.
