We have over 14000 registered panelists on our database. Our sensory profiling uses trained panels to assess products against key parameters. An e.g of this is our expert sensory panel at the Guinness brewery at James gate in Dublin. Our carefully screened and selected focus groups involves 8-10 respondents discussing detailed research topics for up to 2 hrs, lead by experienced moderators providing clients with practical product solutions and fixes. We have a wide range of demographics to choose from. We specifically create a dedicated panel for each type of project:

Our Story

Established in 1998, Innovate Solutions is a consumer research company that offers a full suite of services from product comparison testing, quality control assessment through to complete new product development strategies. Our aim is to help companies better understand their consumers and define your strategy by measuring and explaining the emotional and sensory aspects of your products.

Our Dublin City Centre research facilities include PC Equipped Sensory Suite, Food Preparation and Storage, Focus Group Area, ideal for a controlled food and non-food sensory testing.

Our clients include large multinational companies such as Diageo (our fully managed sensory panel at St James’ Gate is currently no. 1 in the whole Diageo Group) through to small local brands.
