So tonight we popped up to
This was a late call by us but they managed to fit us in....

As always we were greeted by Chloe and her team with a friendly smile 😊

The food was fantastic, the drinks excellent and service top drawer 👊

Now as some of you know I do enjoy a cheese board (& port) and do a spectacular one 👍 it ranks very highly in the cheese board rankings ... (Possibly the best due to the cheese to biscuit ratio 😉)

Who doesn't love some Coq on a sunny Bank Holiday Monday 😉

What a great place, thoroughly enjoyed our trip to in Whiteladies Road 👊

Fantastic food, fabulous drinks, cracking atmosphere and great staff👍

The pics tell their own story, but don't take my word for it, give it a go, you won't be disappointed 😉

Remember it's always good to talk to the staff and find out what they're all about and interact with them... As it's not just the food that makes an establishment what it is 👊

The Tasting Tour flew into Dublin for a few days... ✈️ after our Dubai trip was cancelled 😩 Dublin was chosen as it has similar letters so it felt like the right decision 👍

We have had a fabulous time, wandering around and enjoying the hospitality Dublin has to offer 👌

The food has been excellent, the Guinness has been fantastic and Dublin is wonderful 😊

We have visited some great pubs and restaurants and met some great people 👊

So last night we took a short walk to in Clevedon to enjoy an evening of food, drink and music! 👍

What a fabulous place and a real highlight in the town 👊

But what about the food!! are there and bloody hell they are lush 👏

Well what a fabulous end to another great day in

A little stop in the bar just up the road from us (our local) called 'Bar' great service each time we've been in, always made to feel welcome and the staff are great 👍

Food, drink and atmosphere, what more could you want from a small independent bar 😉

Infact it was so good I bought the T-shirt 👍

Day 3 and another successful eating experience 👍

Today after a visit to the home of Real Madrid we went back into town to a fabulous street full of small Tapas restaurants and Tabernas, Calle Cava Baja 👊 we popped into O.M.G this place was amazing ✨

With an eclectic decor and excellent food and atmosphere this place has to be on your list if you visit Madrid👍

Vermouth was outstanding as was the red wine 🍷 so much to choose from as well!

I had black pudding on toast (description in menu) and then Red Partridge and bean stew 🍲 bloody fantastic 👍👍 garlic prawns for .victoria and toast with tomatoes and olive oil !

To finish we had a baked cheesecake and creme caremel... They were bloody good 👍

This was an excellent place and the staff were excellent and very helpful with my 'Del Boy' style Spanish 🤣

Need to be patient though, it's busy so be prepared to wait... It's worth it !

Well, the rest of our day has been a busy one... Sight seeing with intermittent eating 🤣

After our mid morning oysters we popped into for a burger... 🍔Not very Spanish I hear you say but it was lush, smashed burger with truffle and an original for Vic 👊

Then this evening we went local and found and had a chorizo stew and a iberico ham and cheese toastie, great atmosphere great food and really busy 👍

A quick stop on the way back at our local bar and then home ...

Another successful day and some lovely food eaten and some great people met 👍

So no tasting tour is complete without a visit to a food market, so we headed off to

After a good walk around we stumbled upon and had oysters 🦪 and wine 🍷 just a squeeze of lemon, magnificent 👊

These oysters were excellent, plump and extremely delicious, to be honest we could have stayed longer !

A fantastic market and worth a visit, if only to have the oysters 👍

Day 1 part 2 👍

After our chocolate feast we needed a walk so on our way back to the apartment (just next door) we have so we popped in for a savory snack.... well a few hours later we reappeared after a fabulous afternoon of food and wine🍷

Smoked anchovies on coca bread, mixed Spanish meats and tomato on coca bread and it was all excellent, we sat at the bar with the locals and had a fabulous afternoon soaking up the busy atmosphere and just enjoying what these local places have to offer👍
