Dublin Born, Liquid Gold! We have been perfecting our Irish Single Pot Still process now for over a decade.

Using a unique mash bill of 50% malted barley and 50% unmalted barley, this single pot still is triple distilled and aged across three cask varieties from Virgin American Oak, Bourbon and Sherry for an unparalleled complexity!
