A fantastic weekend in collaboration with Whitestown House Estate and James Gabriel Martin 🙌Starting off with a tour of our organic farm with Jenny, first bites and Lusca Vineyard🇮🇪 Perry on the hilltop followed by a long table dinner using all local produce. Tunnel styling, menu and service by the talented Whitestown House team, Of The Land was a fantastic showcase of what we have to offer in North Co.Dublin ✨

A hot week all around but planting out continues with brassicas (PSB fans rejoice 🙌) . Weeding carrots, onions, beetroot, leek , celeriac each day by machine or the fantastic farm team , Summer Farm Tour series kicked off , up early for salad harvesting before the tunnels get too hot , Summer veg starting to trickle in, our kitchen baking and producing daily for the Cafe & Farm Shop, harvesting for weekend markets every Friday & Saturday and the Farm Shop & Cafe every Wednesday - Sunday 🌱
