This week on the farm - the final elements of the propagating tunnel upgrade are in place as we start potting on tomatoes, mulching a new native hedge planted on the farm, spring sowing continues as we get ready for spring planting , our Potting Tunnel for future event hosting coming along , Easter week at the Farm Shop , Cafe and Markets 🌱 .

This week on the farm - Our new rhubarb patch is mulched and tucked in with straw for Spring, after some drainage works we moved back into the main propagating tunnel just in town for sowing season to ramp up, planting a windbreaker hedge of native Irish hedgerows, turning over tunnels for new salad crops, Easter has arrived in the Farm Shop, while our cafe building is getting some structural improvements we’re serving from the wonderful (available for private hire also) as always weekly harvesting for our markets stalls, farm shop & cafe kitchen 🌱 .

This week on the farm -Spring sowing and planting out is in full swing, our main propagating tunnel continuing its upgrade, peach trees blossoming in the twin span tunnels, daily sourdough bagel and rye bread bakes in the Farm Shop, while our cafe building is getting some structural improvements we’re serving from the wonderful (available for private hire also) as always weekly harvesting for our markets stalls, farm shop & cafe kitchen 🌱 .

This week on the farm - two tunnels recovered this week with the still weather, planting out in the polytunnels picks up fir Spring, while our cafe space gets a few upgrades we’re serving from the gorgeous Happy Valley Coffee Box (also available for private hire with the team over in ) as always weekly harvesting for our markets stalls, farm shop & cafe kitchen 🌱 .
