This month, we're delighted to see **Sean Doran** featured in *Checkout* magazine’s **Catch of the Month**, in conjunction with **Bord Iascaigh Mhara (BIM)**.

From a family business established in Howth in 1961 to the changing face of Ireland’s seafood industry, Sean shares a little about **Dorans on the Pier, life on the West Pier, and the passion behind bringing fresh Irish seafood to our customers.** 🐟🦪🦀

Fresh Razor Clams, landed by local fishermen just off our coastline, are one of the sea's finest delicacies.

Our favourite way to enjoy them? Sizzle with crispy pancetta, garlic and butter, add a splash of white w**e, then finish with fresh parsley and plenty of grated Parmesan. Rich, savoury and bursting with the fresh flavour of the sea.
