🍄‍🟫 MUSHROOM SEASON HAS ENTERED THE CHAT 🍄‍🟫

It’s official — mushroom season is upon us, and we’ve decided it’s time to let our mushrooms have a little fun. 😏

For the next two weekends, we’re taking some of our favourite dishes, throwing in a few slightly unhinged experiments, and seeing just how many ways we can sneak mushrooms into things.

🥪 French Dip Sandwich — juicy, garlicky, cheesy mushroom goodness
🌽 Golden Oyster Beignets — because apparently mushrooms needed to become fritters
🧄 Korean Garlic Bread — twice-baked, cheesy and very garlicky
🍩 Korean Twister — mushrooms + cinnamon sugar… trust us
🍫 Shiitake Marquise Mousse — chocolate, bourbon & shiitake. Yep.
🍄‍🟫 Pink Oyster Donut — we’ve officially lost the plot. 😂

Basically, mushrooms are doing everything except sitting quietly on a plate.

And of course, our hyper-local fresh mushrooms, grown right here in Dublin, will be available to take home too. Because once you’ve eaten enough mushrooms, you might as well grow your own obsession. 🍄‍🟫

Our Cuban-inspired menu is back for its second and final weekend! 🌴🍄‍🟫

Think crispy croquetas, our Cuban-style sandwich packed with mushrooms, and a few sweet Cuban-inspired treats to finish things off. 😋

This weekend we’re bringing a little taste of an Aussie bakery to Dublin! Think golden pies, flaky sausage rolls, hearty pasties and a few iconic sweet treats to finish things off. Comfort food at its best. ❤️

As always, everything is made with our own hyper-local gourmet mushrooms, grown right here in Dublin, and we’ll have plenty of fresh mushrooms for sale too.
