Creamy, dreamy, and high in protein 😍🍓

This Gluten Free Raspberry Cheesecake made with Yoplait Skyr is your new go-to sweet treat!

Ingredients:
•160g Yoplait Skyr
•200g Cottage Cheese
•2 eggs
•¼ cup maple syrup
•1 tsb vanilla extract
•2 tbsp cornflour
•½ cup raspberries

Method:

1.Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2.Add all ingredients (except the raspberries) into a blender and blend until smooth.
3.Pour into a lined baking dish, top with raspberries, and bake for 40 minutes.
