HOPE Beer is looking for a part-time Marketing Manager to help grow our brand and connect with more beer drinkers. This role is 2 days per week with minimum one day onsite at the brewery.
This is a hands-on role focused primarily on social media, content creation and design, working closely with our brewing and sales teams. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how an independent Dublin brewery looks, sounds and engages with its audience.
Key Responsibilities
🍺 Create engaging photo, video and social media content.
🍺 Manage HOPE’s social media channels.
🍺 Design posters, graphics, beer labels, POS and other promotional materials.
🍺 Get involved in beer festivals, tastings and brewery tours.
What We’re Looking For
🍺 Hands-on content creation experience – photography, video, editing and social content. Experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Lightroom, iMovie, or
🍺 Graphic design skills, with experience using Canva, Adobe or similar software.
🍺 Commercially minded, you understand that good marketing has a purpose.
🍺 Creative, flexible and hands-on, with the ability to work independently
🍺 A genuine passion for beer and enthusiasm for the craft beer industry.
