She worked in well known Restaurants such as EDEN, Leixlip House Hotel & Luttrelstown Castle. Aoife has prepared dishes for various celebrities including: Gwyneth Palthrow, Brad Pitt, The Edge, Larry Mullen, Posh & Becks and Reba McEntire to name but a few. She also used to write for Food & Wine Magazine. In the last few years, she retired from the Restaurant work and now makes Wedding and Occasio
nal cakes for various friends, family and by request. It is a hobby but one that she enjoys immensely. She hopes to one day turn that hobby into a full time career.
