Here at Quigleys Fresh Organic Eggs and Yummy Things we are all about self-sufficiency and self-sustainability. We have the girls obviously and quite a significant vegetable garden with raised beds we built ourselves and the polytunnel which is my pride and joy. It's a new addition this year so I'm looking forward to figuring out its full potential and possibly making a few videos and showing you

some of our learning experiences along the way and hopefully selling a few eggs and bits and bobs to fund our self-sufficiency dream.
