Chris & Jenny’s Wedding 🤍

A few weeks back, we had the pleasure of catering for Chris & Jenny’s wedding in beautiful Carlingford! 🥂

They went for our delicious BBQ menu, along with a selection of sandwiches and canapés to keep their guests well fed throughout the celebrations🍴

A quieter one on the highlights this week… mainly because we were too busy getting the dishes out to get the photos! 😂🍴

🎶 Gig of the Week – Dundalk’s own **Deirdre Keelan** taking to the stage at the Spirit Store.

🍝 Weekly Special – our Sausage Rigatoni Bake, proper comfort food and a popular one last week!

💿 Saturday saw the Spirit Store host the Irish Record Fairs Vinyl Market – a great day with plenty through the doors, picking up some new tracks and grabbing a bit of A91 grub while they were at it.

Made with fresh local seafood and ingredients from across Ireland, plenty of flavour and served in the heart of Dundalk🍲

Starting off our busy Friday in the kitchen, prepping for the busy day ahead 🧑🏼‍🍳

Then it’s off to Callaghans Butchers Deli Ardee to stock up on top quality meat for the BBQ🔥

Working with trusted local suppliers is a huge part of what we do at A91. We’re proud to support local businesses and, most importantly, know exactly where the food we’re serving comes from🥩

Van packed and trailer loaded🚚

Everything we need for the day gets stocked up before our BBQ hits the road!

Arrived at our destination: Carlingford⛰️

We arrived, got set up and prepared to cater a beautiful wedding.

Then it’s time to light it up! Charcoal going in, BBQ heating up and getting ready for service🔥

Finally the good part, our chefs cooking up a smoky storm with succulent chicken and juicy burgers from Callaghan Butchers straight off the BBQ🍴

Another week at A91 at the Spirit Store… and definitely one for the highlights 👀❤️

🥣 Top 50 in Ireland! Our chowder has officially made the Cully & Sully Top 50 Chowders in Ireland — a big moment for us and our locally sourced seafood.

🎶 Gig of the Week: The Noughties brought the tunes, and we kept everyone fed with plenty of pre-gig favourites before the show.

💍 Rory & Deborah’s Wedding: We had the pleasure of hosting Rory & Deborah’s wedding celebrations at the Spirit Store — good food, great company and a very special day by the quay. Huge congratulations to the newlyweds! 🥂

Chowder, live music, weddings… never a dull week around here.
