A few of our favourite pairings:

โ˜• Espresso + dark chocolate. The bitterness balances and the flavours linger.
โ˜• Flat white + a buttery croissant. A classic for a reason.
โ˜• Americano + a warm scone with butter and jam. Simple and perfect.
โ˜• Cappuccino + banana bread. Soft, warm and very hard to beat.
โ˜• Latte + carrot cake. The spice and the milk just work.

Most of great latte art happens before the pour. Silky milk with no big bubbles, then a steady hand that starts high and finishes low.

Our baristas make it look easy. The good news is that it's a skill anyone can learn with the right coaching.

The beans arrive green, hard and smelling more like grass than coffee. After that it's all about time, heat and a roaster who knows exactly when to stop.

We've been roasting in Dundalk since 1986, and we're still just as fussy about every single batch.

It's World Teachers' Day, and most of us have one. The one who noticed when you were struggling, made a subject finally click, or just made Monday mornings bearable.

Our Foundation Barista Certificate is back in Dundalk this month, with two dates to choose from:

๐Ÿ•™ 10am to 2pm
๐Ÿ“ 7 Eimear's Court, Market Square, Dundalk

You'll learn to dial in espresso, steam milk properly and serve a drink you're genuinely proud of. Starting a new job, running your own cafรฉ or simply want to do it right? You'll leave with real skills and a certificate to show for it.
