The sun is back… and so are the BBQ favourites ☀️🔥

Our popular beef grill sticks ready in store and these are always a hit when the BBQs come out.

Simple, handy, full of flavour and a serious favourite with the kids too. We also have lamb grill sticks available in a range of flavours, perfect for throwing straight on the BBQ this week.

Dry Cured Back Rashers 🥓

Mark is curing a batch of our back rashers here in-store using just brown sugar and salt.

No shortcuts. No fancy mixtures. Just proper dry curing to draw out the moisture and build that flavour.

This batch has a small twist too… we’re making black bacon.

It’ll take 7–12 days to cure, so come back at the start of June to see the final result 👀
