Lamb, Pork, Bacon. Dm for details Our Ewes are naturally tupped by our Galway Ram.

Do you want your meat to be as natural as possible then you have come to the right place, here on the home farm, yes its been the Laccaroe Farm Free range produce for many generations now. The high standards are very much an everyday part of life. We were the first just Lamb producing farm in Ireland to be Board Bia approved and we have maintained that standard. We are always seeking to improve on

this in everything we do. We are very excited to see what he produces this year as it will be his first full year of mating ,he was young last year and had help!! We have been a part of the Stap programme and we hosted a farm walk earlier. This program is a great way of networking and gaining experience from other farmers. We bed our ewes on straw to lamb, the lambing is one of the most rewarding times of year on the farm, The sheep are fed local grains and our own fodder. Our fields are rotated and not heavily fertilized. We have a heath plan for our flock and take dung samples regularly so not to over dose therefore improving the quality of our lambs and ewes. Therefore improving the quality of our meat which we take great pride in. We now also produce Free Range Chicken, Turkey. In the near future we will be producing free range rare breeds Pork and Bacon.
