Windgap Stud

Michael was strolling around the stud today when he noticed a car parked out front and a shout came from the car.

Sarah was over for a business trip & found out where her 3 yr old Irish Draught came from and took a detour to find the home of Merlin.

After a great chat over a cup of tea. Sarah explain she had recently bought and Irish Draught gelding and tracked him back to the stud.

Sire: Coom View Highlander
Dam: Lackagh View by Carrabawn View

Sarah was delighted to hear that Merlin half brother is WGS Irish Rajah and was stunned by his presence on her visit 🥰🥰

Later that day we got this lovely message:

‘I had the pleasure of meeting your Dad today. What a gent he was. His hospitality was incredible. I’m in Ireland with work but I own a “now gelding” you bred over in the UK and didn’t want to pass the chance of saying hello whilst we were driving past your place. I believe when he was with you he was called Reggie. He’s now called Merlin and is a bloody cracker. I’ve backed him myself with no facilities and he’s been fantastic. Sorry to have missed you but again thanks to your dear dad for showing us your set up.’

What a lovely message to get along with this beautiful photos of Reggie 😍😍
