Dip Deliciously with The Galway Kitchen Organic Houmous Mediterranean Nacho Snack Plate 🤩

Ingredients:

- Houmous
- Avocado, chopped into small pieces
- Cherry tomatoes, cut into quarters
- Olives
- Feta cheese crumbled
- Parsley chopped
- Red peppers chopped
- Tortilla chips
- Squeeze of lime

Assembly:

1. Spread the houmous on a serving plate and arrange the tortilla chips on top.

2. Add the rest of the ingredients and top with feta cheese and parsley. Dip to your heart’s content.

Good to know!

Crispy, golden, and packed with flavour! These Pesto Parmesan Roasted Potatoes are the ultimate side dish - made with The Galway Kitchen Fresh Basil Pesto for that fresh, vibrant and fragrant kick. Perfect for dinner parties or weeknight meals 🌿

Pesto Parmesan Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients:
* 1 kg baby potatoes (halved or quartered if large)
* 3 tbsp olive oil
* 3 tbsp The Galway Kitchen Fresh Basil Pesto
* ½ tsp sea salt
* ½ tsp black pepper
* ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
* ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Method:

1. Preheat oven to 200°C 
2. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, pesto, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
3. Spread the potatoes on a lined baking tray in a single layer.
4. Roast for 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
5. Remove from oven and sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese. Return to the oven for 5 minutes until the cheese melts and crisps slightly.
6. Garnish with some fresh basil pesto and serve warm

Eggs are so easily elevated with a few simple ingredients - this recipe is quick to make and delicious to devour at any time of the day!

Ingredients:

- 1-2 Eggs per person
- 2-3 Tablespoons of The Galway Kitchen Classic Red Pesto

Garnish:
- Crumbled Feta
- Chives
- Black Pepper

Method:

1. Add Classic Red Pesto to pan over a gentle heat.
2. Use the back of a soup spoon to create wells for the eggs.
3. Crack in the eggs and cook to your own liking
4. Add a little more pesto if desired and garnish with crumbled feta, chives and black pepper.

Serve with Crusty Bread (Gluten Free to make this a Coeliac friendly meal) and Enjoy!
