🪩 Time to add a little DISCO to the weekend! 🪩

​We’ve got a brand-new DIPA landing this week, and we could not wait to get this one out of the tanks. It's had a few new tricks added to it.

​Brewed in collaboration with our Manchester pals we used their legendary cold-steeped oat method—steeping over 800kg of Irish Oats to create an incredibly rich, fluffy, and full-on base for some big hops

​The Hop Lineup:

🌀 Nelson Sauvin (Whirlpool)

💥 Double Dry Hopped with Strata Hyperboost, Galaxy, and Mosaic.

​Expect a beautiful synergy of passion fruit, mango, and citrus, wrapped up in a subtle, dank resin finish. 🌴🍊

It's time to add a little Disco to your week. We've got a brand-new DIPA landing this weekend in bars and shops near you!

Disoc Paradiso 7.8% Overnight Oats Dipa with

This was a great collaborative effer that utilises some new tricks for us and a hop combination we've never used before so it's one we couldn't wait to get out of the tanks. Brewed in collaboration with our friends at , Manchester, using their cold-steeped oat method, which produces a rich, fluffy base for this DIPA. We steeped over 800kg of Irish Oats for this unique recipe and it definitely didn't nearly cause our mash tun to implode.
It packs in a full-on mouthfeel which belies its relaxed abv. Featuring a Nelson Sauvin whirlpool addition, it’s then double dry hopped with some stylish strata hyperboost, prized Aussie galaxy and tropical mosaic.

A beautiful synergy of passion fruit, mango and citrus notes, with a subtle resinous, dank finish.

Jive down to Galway Bay Bay pubs this weekend where we'll be pouring it and it should be popping up in shops by the weekend.

It might not be quite the toasty highs of the past few days but there's still nothing better than having a few guilt free thirst quenchers in the afternoon. Our Full Sail Zero is really humming now and we've got a case of them in the staff fridge at all times.

Built on the same hops as our favourite core range IPA it's everyone's hot weather friend. It's probably isotonic etc but we've never done those tests. Run a marathon or a brisk jog to the shop and tell us how you went with a few Full Sail zeros at the finish line

Looks like we're still deep in crispy pils territory judging by forecast and long may it last. ☀️

We've just restocked a few venues with our Figo Italian style Pilsner. This beer is an ode to those aromatic, crispy lagers that we loved drinking while visiting friends and festivals in Northern Italy. Designed to be perfectly thirst quenching with a satisfying finish from premium European hops.

Many many years ago when we started all this beer malarkey there was always one beer festival that stood out on the calendar and as a proud Irish brewery we dreamed of getting there to showcase not just what we could but to get a little Irish flag up on one of those brewery boards. Last year we were finally able to live out one of our ambitions as a brewery. To pour the best beers we have alongside some great friends and heroes of the brewing world. This year we did it all again, bigger and better than before.

There's something always amazing and inspiring about seeing people come together from the four corners of the world to just celebrate the creativity, passion and love of good beer plus the friendships it creates. It drives us on to keep making the special beers and the classic beers and always strive for that level of quality that only comes from having a love of the brewing business at heart.

Thank you to everyone who supported us on the ground, and made us feel really at home and we were honoured to share a tap takeover with some great names on Thursday night. To all the Mikkeller team from Mikkel to keg teams to Daniel, you guys rock and your cool heads and commitment is always appreciated. Until we meet again, Skol and sláinte 🍻

A lovely way to end the week. On Friday we finally made it to . We've known and admired the guys for many years and it was a joy to make it down for a tour of the Basque Country and a stop off in beautiful San Sebastian/Donostia for a brew with one of the flag bearers of Spanish craft beer. The teams got such a passion for hospitality and great beers and share a lot in common with Galway with their edge of the Atlantic views and only slightly better weather. They always thought that great food deserves a great beer on the bar as well and we've brewed something that's an ideal summer partner to a few quality pinxtos. Watch out for it popping up in a few weeks wherever good Basque beers are brewed.

We're getting out and about this month to spread some stouty, hoppy love. Plenty of new releases coming down the pipeline which we'll reserve for these events plus a few rare blends from the barrel store. Some great adventures ahead. Delighted to be heading back to the wonderful Basque country to visit some of the most passionate beer fans in Europe plus a few collabs with some of the breweries we most admire in all of Spain. In a week we're making our first stop in Kilkenny beer festival for a great weekend with some of the islands finest pint slingers, then finally we'll be pulling ourselves together for the always truly epic

Our brand new collaboration with is out in the world and filling some glasses with Riwaka and Nelson inspired joy. We built our ideal sub 7% juice bomb with a smooth oat body followed by a nice dry, aromatic finish and some distinctive sharp kiwi fruitiness.
Corner Club DDH IPA Grab it, crush it. Drink fresh!
