We are delighted to welcome The Hawthorn By Galway Bay to

Galway's newest luxury hotel places exceptional food and drink at the heart of the guest experience, with four distinctive dining destinations under one roof.

The Oystercatcher, developed with Michelin-starred chef Takashi Miyazaki, brings together Japanese precision and the finest Atlantic seafood.

The Aviary, meanwhile, is home to Ireland’s only collection of rare Lalani & Co loose-leaf teas, sourced from family-run gardens across Japan, Taiwan, Nepal, India and Kenya, with every experience thoughtfully curated.

Alongside the fire-led cooking of The Skylark and the relaxed atmosphere of The 2 Iron, The Hawthorn offers a fresh and exciting addition to Galway's food scene.

A very warm welcome to the team.

We look forward to sharing your story and introducing our community to everything The Hawthorn has to offer.

Our member La Vissuta on High Street is not called A Taste of the Med in Tuam for nothing.

The menu suits the “Summertime and the Living is Easy” vibe perfectly.

New this summer is the viral Aperol Spritz which goes so well with an antipasto sharing platter. The authentic paella and sangria combo are Ledesma family recipes.

You will feel like you are on holiday with every bite and sip.

New this year is the collaboration with Just Eat which means ordering is easier than ever. One of the bestsellers is an on-trend Nduja pizza with padron peppers and hot honey. Order at www.just-eat.ie
