BLACK SEED OIL :

♥️Reduces Systemic Inflammation: Thymoquinone inhibits inflammatory chemical pathways in the body. It is often studied for helping manage symptoms of inflammatory conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, asthma, and joint pain.

♥️Improves Skin & Hair Health: Applied topically, its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties help soothe eczema, psoriasis, and acne. It is also used in scalp treatments to reduce dandruff and promote hair strength.

♥️Supports Metabolic & Blood Sugar Control: Clinical trials show that taking black seed oil daily can help lower fasting blood sugar levels, improve insulin sensitivity, and modestly improve cholesterol profiles (lowering LDL and triglycerides).

❤️Aids Respiratory Health: Due to its bronchodilating and antihistamine effects, it can help ease symptoms of allergic rhinitis, seasonal allergies, and mild asthma symptoms.

❤️Promotes Weight Management: Some evidence suggests it supports mild weight loss and reduction in body mass index (BMI) when combined with a balanced diet, likely through its metabolic regulation.

❤️Gut & Digestive Support: Helps protect the stomach lining, reduce symptoms of indigestion, and limit harmful gut bacteria.

Not to be taken if you're on blood thinners, consult a doctor before taking any supplements. Price right now in Evergreen.
