Wedding Cake Challenge Magical Special Day Claire McKenna to 2nd son David Bellew

One year after David & Claire's engagement had the pleasure of making their wedding cake for their truly magical day. Was a bit nerve racking as the clock ticked down on the final count down as to whether I would produce a cake that would come up to standard. Busy day making yummy mini mince pies filled with homemade mincemeat, Seriously Sinful Sticky Toffee and Belgian Chocolate cakes. The Irish Pantry will be at The Cottage Market tomorrow with a range of delicious jams and chutneys, Buttery Shortbread plain and Chocolate Chip, mini Christmas puds. Jams and chutneys can be gift boxed and mini hampers made to order.

B***y busy day baking and packing chocolate chip and rich butter shortbread all done and dusted thanks to Shannon Wright who kept things moving. Closing order book so one last shout if you want to order anything let me know no later than Wednesday 13th before 12noon as planning timetable of baking.

What's Cooking in The Irish Pantry Kitchen ?
Busy week Red Onion Marmalde, Spiced Cider Apple Jelly, Beetroot Orange Relish & Cranberry& Apple Chutney. 2 batches Mini Christmas puds another 24 fruit marinating, delicious homemade mincemeat for those yummy bit size mince pies, Christmas cakes and will hopefully get round to a bit of cake decorating later. Please order ASAP as I will be closing orders on Friday 15th for all Christmas Goodies.
