Nose
Vanilla, honey and light grain sweetness with mild oak spice. Subtle dried fruit from the sherry finish.
Palate
Smooth and balanced. Vanilla-led sweetness, gentle spice, light malt character and soft toasted oak. Hints of fig and raisin.
Finish
Clean and medium length with lingering vanilla, light honey sweetness and soft spice.
