Irish weather gave us a little bit of everything this week — sun, rain, wind and even hail 🌦️🇮🇪

But rosemary loves the outdoors.

After starting life in the warmth of the glasshouse, these plants are happiest outside, where the natural Irish elements help harden the leaf, strengthen the plant and develop deeper flavour and aroma.
Slow-grown, strong-grown, and right at home in the Irish air.

Looking forward to Bloom 2026 🌿

It’s a very special year for the show — celebrating 20 years of Bloom — and a special year for us too. We’ve been busy preparing behind the scenes and are excited to reveal some new ideas, products, and a fresh new look over the June bank holiday weekend.

As always, we’ll have a fantastic team in the Phoenix Park, a huge herb display, plenty of inspiration, and lots of tips and advice on getting the very best from your herbs at home.

🌿 Greek Basil Has Arrived 🌿

Smaller leaves. Bigger flavour.

Our Greek basil is one of those little upgrades that makes a big difference — naturally compact, intensely aromatic, and perfect for finishing dishes with a fresh, vibrant touch.

Grown here in Wicklow, it’s easier to care for, holds its shape beautifully, and keeps producing right through the season.

A very special Easter week for mint.

Mint is one of the classic flavours of spring — made for Easter tables, spring lamb, new potatoes and fresh peas. While it is only just starting to appear in many gardens, our glasshouse mint has a few weeks’ advantage, bringing that fresh spring flavour a little earlier.

It is a high-care crop for us, but a beautiful one too. With careful handling of the roots, mint will return again and again.

Enjoy your mint this Easter, and thank you for supporting Irish products where possible.
