ETHICAL & SUSTAINABLE
Did you know nearly all rapeseed grown in Ireland is sprayed with a herbicide before harvest. There is nothing good about herbicides. So we sought out a farmer who doesn’t spray his crop on harvest, producing this delicious buttery rapeseed oil ethically & sustainably. We infuse it with wild garlic, thyme and Bolivian hairy chillies all grown without chemicals on our biodiversity farm.

Equal measures, Vodka, Cinnamon Syrup, Cold Expresso coffee. Shake with ice.

IRISH CINNER LIQUEUR
Equal measures, (whiskey or brandy or bourbon) cinnamon syrup, fresh cream, shake over ice.

IRISH CHRISTMAS COFFEE
Pour a shot of (whiskey or brandy or bourbon) and an equal shot of cinnamon syrup in a IC glass, top up with coffee. In a separate bowl whisk cream with a splash of cinnamon syrup. Stir the coffee, pour cream over back of spoon.
