Anyone looking for a simple, natural and very tasty detox try this. Fresh water ( we’re so lucky to have our own well) organic cucumber and cleavers (or sticklebacks as they are commonly known) Cleavers act as a lymphatic tonic aiding lymphatic drainage and are also a mild diuretic so are great to give your entire system a good cleanse. It’s been a busy week for me as President of ! Last night we were delighted to support Secondary School by volunteering as part of their Transition Year Mock Interview Programme. It really was a rewarding experience to interview these fabulous young students. Each one was an absolute breath of fresh air. I was so inspired by their positive attitudes, how well prepared they were and how they navigated the interview process pointing out their own strengths and the supports they use to address any challenges they face. For some of the students I interviewed English is not their first language, but that did not impact in anyway on their performance. I really was inspired by each and every one of them. Well done to Róisín O’Donohoe, TY Co-Ordinator and Guidance Counsellor at GETSS for putting together such a comprehensive and well run programme. It was such a pleasure to be involved and I really look forward to working with the school again in the future. We are so lucky to say that we have 3 outstanding secondary schools in Gorey… another reason why it’s one of the best places in the country to live!

A motivational morning spent brainstorming with passionate business owners in North Wexford and Ireland's Ancient East in collaboration with Fáilte Ireland in the beautiful Wells House.. what an amazing county we have!!

This morning Wells House and Gardens was the venue for a great morning of networking for the tourism industry at the Wexford Tourism Network cluster kick-off event.

It was fantastic to see attendees from across North Wexford and Enniscorthy come together, with great energy in the room and a real shared passion for promoting the region.

A timely reminder too just before the summer season of everything Wexford brings to Ireland's Ancient East from heritage, hospitality, experiences and community all working together to showcase this wonderful destination.
