🔥 BBQ OPEN TABLE EXPERIENCE 🔥

Saturday, 1st August 2026

Join us for an evening of fire, smoke, great food, and good company at The Devils Menu.

Over the course of the evening you'll be served a selection of dishes cooked over charcoal, wood, and flame, including:

• 50-day dry-aged ribeye skewers with smoked horseradish cream
• Lamb Zir kebab with spices sourced from Istanbul's Egyptian Bazaar, flame-roasted aubergine cream, house chilli sauce, and smoked yoghurt flatbread
• C***r and rosemary sorbet
• Cherrywood-smoked free-range rack of pork with house apple barbecue sauce, Parmesan mashed potatoes, pickled apples, and roasted onions
• Baked white chocolate cheesecake with seasonal Wexford strawberries, strawberry and red w**e sauce, and basil syrup

Freshly baked bread and smoked salt butter will also be served throughout the evening.

Here's a cracking little video captured by one of the guests at a recent Devil's Menu Open Table BBQ.
It gives a few behind-the-scenes glimpses into what the nights here are really about. Great food, plenty of laughs, good conversation, and a table full of strangers who usually leave as friends.
Everyone gets involved, everyone has a bit of craic, and the evening unfolds exactly as it should. No pretence, no stiffness, just fantastic food, fire, smoke, stories, and a few surprises along the way.

Hi everybody,

This Saturday I have 6 places left available on my Open Table at The Devil’s Menu.

Due to some personal circumstances, a group had to rearrange, which means these seats have now opened up.

First come, first served.

If you’d like to join us, text 0892156176 and I’ll get back to you as quickly as possible.

€120 per person, payable in advance before the night.

Expect a 5-course meal, loads of stories and chat about our trip to America for the World Championships and the world’s biggest barbecue festival, plus plenty of great food, fire, and crack along the way.

It should be a brilliant night and I’m really looking forward to it.
