Join us for an evening of fire, smoke, great food, and good company at The Devils Menu.
Over the course of the evening you'll be served a selection of dishes cooked over charcoal, wood, and flame, including:
• 50-day dry-aged ribeye skewers with smoked horseradish cream
• Lamb Zir kebab with spices sourced from Istanbul's Egyptian Bazaar, flame-roasted aubergine cream, house chilli sauce, and smoked yoghurt flatbread
• Cider and rosemary sorbet
• Cherrywood-smoked free-range rack of pork with house apple barbecue sauce, Parmesan mashed potatoes, pickled apples, and roasted onions
• Baked white chocolate cheesecake with seasonal Wexford strawberries, strawberry and red wine sauce, and basil syrup
Freshly baked bread and smoked salt butter will also be served throughout the evening.
