How did I maintain my weight loss?

You need to be able to answer this question: how did I get here in the first place? What’s my relationship with food? What’s my behaviour around food?

It all comes back to self awareness.

I’m not saying you HAVE to pay a lot of money to a coach.

But in my case, it definitely spured me on to reach my goal. And to learn as much as I could to then do this on my own after the time with my coach was over.

Taking upfront payment is not actually something I do now with my clients (or charging THAT much money 🫠). And also know from other clients who were with the same coach at the time and paid similarly that it did not work for them.

I’m only sharing what worked for me losing the weight and then keeping it off.
