Customer Service +35318323937 In 1893, the Wright family began smoking Irish Salmon.

The craft has been passed down through the generations and little has changed. We still fillet the fish by hand and cure using only natural sea salt. We then smoke each fish for eight hours using pure oak chippings which give our products it’s world-renowned flavour. Because of conservation of our wild salmon stocks, Wrights of Howth have now moved to producing Organic Irish Smoked Salmon for which we won the 2 Star Gold Great Taste Award 2020

AD - Behind every great Irish food business are people who have poured their heart and soul into it, and Bernie Wright is very much one of those people.
Kevin had the pleasure to meet the Wrights of Howth ’s “Queen Bee” (a title she was quick to brush off)
From a shed with water and light but no telephone, to taking orders from home and bundling two babies into the back of a Mini to get them down to the shop, Wrights have grown from humble beginnings in every sense.
A little ingenuity, plenty of determination and a grá for good fish that clearly hasn’t gone anywhere.
