Andrew Holmes Catering is all about good food, local where possible and working closely with great suppliers to giving you the best product available. I'm personally available for catering private events from a private dinner for two people to corporate events Off 600+

Andrew Holmes Catering can also provide all that you require for you event. Also I provide a equipment rental service from BBQ's, Oven, Hotplates, Refrigerated Trailers, Linen, Plates, Crockery Glassware, catering marquees etc. Theses are only available to rent with one of my staff on site of your event. This is non-negotiable

The sides make the Christmas table. Which ones are coming to yours?

Choose from apricot & pecan stuffing; lemon, garlic & rosemary roasties with duck fat; creamy mashed potatoes; candied carrots & parsnips; Brussels sprouts with Comté and pancetta; and braised red cabbage.

Turkey, ham, or a bit of both? Our Christmas menu has a buttermilk-brined Irish turkey crown with a brown sugar glaze and a home-baked Irish ham from The Hogfather.

Choose the size that suits your table:

Turkey crown — half (serves 10) €75 | full (serves 20) €140
Home-baked ham — half (serves 10) €65 | full (serves 20) €120

Add turkey gravy and your favourite sides separately. Everything comes with instructions for reheating and serving, so you can spend more time around the table.

Christmas dinner for 10, taken care of.

Our Christmas Feast brings together half an Irish turkey crown, half an Irish home-baked ham, turkeygravy, apricot & pecan stuffing, roasties, creamy mash, candied carrots & parsnips and cranberry sauce. To finish, there’s a meringue roulade and a box of six mince pies.

The Feast is €340 and is sold as a fixed set menu, with no substitutions.

Christmas catering orders are open for 2026.
Our new Christmas Feast is a fixed set menu for 10 at €340. The menu also has individual dishes if you would prefer to choose your own Christmas favourites. Everything is supplied ready to reheat or serve, with clear instructions included.

Orders close Wednesday 16 December, or earlier if fully booked. Collection is 22–24 December, 8am–2pm, from Kitchen 28 Belmont Demesne, Greystones. Delivery in Bray / Greystones areas also available.
