The absolute joy to be asked to share my knowledge of how I create instagram reels from start to finish.

The wonderful women (my new besties) on the retreat loved my insta posts and wanted to know HOW I did what I did, so, I spent a fabulous afternoon at the finca showing them all of my tricks. The absolute joy in watching them each take my tricks and apply them to create their own fun works of art was fantastic. Sharing knowledge is a privilege 💛

This week has been something truly special. The women I’ve met have filled my cup more than they could possibly imagine, and is, without question, one of the most outstanding and thoughtful retreat hosts and curators I’ve ever encountered. What an absolute highlight of an already incredible trip.

To have the opportunity to teach this amazing group of women—who now feel like dear friends—how to make Irish soda bread, shaping it into STRIPY CAT & KITTENS, in a stunning finca tucked deep into the beauty of Mallorca, is something I won’t forget.

In this moment, I’m teaching the truly talented, beautiful, and wonderful how to use the “claw” to create light and airy soda bread, exactly as I was taught all those years ago as a student at

One of the many lessons asks of every student is to pass on their knowledge by teaching at least one other person how to make a loaf of bread—so that the technique is shared, and in some small way, the world is made a better place.
