So Spring has finally sprung looks like 🤞. What a time then to release what was traditionally a Belgian farmhouse ale. Brewed in winter to then keep farmworkers happy out during spring/summer harvest. The ABV's on the style have crept up over the years and we have gone for a 6%'er. Our saison follows along its traditional roots of being fruity & dry, with so much complexity and goings on!!!! Love this beer, super premium, super limited, super tasty, fun in the sun....yum!!

Delighted to have won Best Drinks Producer at the awards. This means so much to us and our small brewery up against some amazing Irish producers, distillers & brewers.
