Earlier in the week we canned this 4.8% Dunkel L***r, originally developed by Dan McGee () as his award winning entry for the National Homebrewing Competition.

We had it pouring at this yearโ€™s Dublin B**r Festival in the RDS, and it received a great response, so we wanted to give as many people as possible the opportunity to try it.

Heading out to all good independent off-licences throughout the coming week via Grand Cru B**rs ๐Ÿ™Œ

Sometimes you just need a ๐—™๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐˜€๐—ต ๐—ฆ๐˜๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐˜, and they donโ€™t always come about the way you think they will ๐Ÿซฃ

Originally this b**r was planned for release in January to kick off the year with a fresh new b**r, but life had other plans! Still, after everything thrown at us earlier this year we felt like we probably needed a Fresh Start to 2026 more than ever.

Thankfully the dust has now settled, and weโ€™re back at a point where weโ€™re able to release new b**rs again, having focused solely on our core b**rs & getting as much Ambush as possible out there for the past few months to keep the supplies up.

This b**r also marks the first original recipe created by our new brewer , who joined us last year, and we think itโ€™s a sign of some really good things to come ๐Ÿ‘Œ

So, itโ€™s a springtime Fresh Start this year, which feels appropriate anyway, and weโ€™re delighted to finally be sharing this celebration of nฬถeฬถwฬถ ฬถyฬถeฬถaฬถrฬถsฬถ new b**rs, new brewers, and getting fully back up to speed ๐Ÿป
