We were delighted to collaborate with The Dublin Wh***ey Club on their latest club release with an exclusive single cask bottling: The Liberator One Malt Two Ports.

Cask 7433 is a 118L (half) cask that previously held Ruby Port for 5 years, before it came to us, through family connections, directly from the Quinta. A now 10 year old Single Malt Wh***ey, initially in Bourbon for 5 years then finished in a fresh Tawny Port cask for 9 months, was transferred to this cask in 2022.
As a component, it didn't fit any of our range so we put it to one side.
In the 4.5 years since, the Ruby cask has added layers of mouthwatering berry and stone fruit notes to the rich figgy flavours from the Tawny cask.
Bottled in September 2026 at natural cask strength 56.5%.
Not filtered to preserve all the flavour so contains sediment and bits of char at no extra cost!
