Drop by and see us at Bord Bia Bloom 'Bloom Inn' Stand 8 this May 28th - June 1st and taste The Spirit of Kerry. Meet the founders and makers Maurice and Francesca.

We'll be showcasing our award winning The Liberator Whiskey port cask finish range, our Lakeview Single Estate Pot Still whiskey made from our own barley here in Killarney and our Wayward Smoky Gin (gin finished in a Peated Whiskey cask).

And for all you Kerry fans we have a newly released Whiskey ‘The Kerry Way’ for you to taste … though you can only buy it in the Kingdom!

We’ve some crackers to share with you including:

- Batch 6 of our classic The Liberator Malt in Tawny Port Finish

- Our latest Liberator Storehouse Special cask strength release: ‘The Grain Project Trilogy’. Showcasing the intense influence of cask finishes on the same 10 year old Single Grain. 1.1 is a not often available fresh Cream Sherry Cask and 1.2 is a sublime Ruby Port finish.

- An early taste of our shortly to be released 7 year old Lakeview Single Estate Single Pot Still. A terroir driven small batch release born of our own Estate Barley and matured 200 yards away from where it is grown.

For our recent tasting for a large group of Cork Whiskey Society members, we produced a small exclusive bottling for them of a delicious Liberator Cask Strength (57.7%) Malt x Sauternes Cask Finish.

The Society own one of the very few Lakeview Single Estate Casks that we have parted with. On the night we compared a cask pull from their 4 yo cask with a 5 yo cask pull from our Storehouse and our newest 7 yo 46% retail bottling (to be released SHORTLY).

Thank you to the Society and bar for hosting us and to The Whiskey Appreciation Society and Whiskey Chats Podcast for organising it.
