_Cajun Chicken Caesar Salad, with Garlic Croutons, Crispy Bacon, YHYR Caesar Dressing and Parmesan Cone.
_Black Sole Fillet, Meunière Garnish and slow Roast Cherry Vine Tomatoes.
_8oz Fillet Steak with Chanterelle Mushroom, Rosti Sage Potatoes, Fried Sage and Red wine Reduction.
_Roast Apple wrapped in Puff Pastry and Hazelnut Praline Caramel Filling.
