We use gorse as one of our core four botanicals in The Ring of Kerry Gin. If you are down around the Ring of Kerry right now, it is in full bloom you can smell it in the air. As well as looking amazing along the roadsides, it adds a subtle sweetness and a floral note to our gin. Sláinte!

Celebrate Saint Brigid’s Day with a relaxed Sip & Paint experience, created in collaboration with Kerry Spirits and artist Rochelle Lucey.
Unwind for a couple of hours in Francie Sheahan’s Bar while you enjoy a Ring of Kerry Gin and Tonic and create a Saint Brigid themed painting in a welcoming, social setting, guided by artist Rochelle Lucey. You will leave with a finished work of art to bring home.

Gorse and purple heather, two of our core 4, are still going strong on the Ring of Kerry. We use 17 botanicals in total, but the core 4 are what make our gin truly special.
