We both live and breathe Beag, we’re always working on improving and finessing the business so to be rewarded with this recognition makes the blood, sweat and tears all worth it! So happy to welcome back the wonderful Tom Hayes to Beag on 7th March for a Supper Club! Tom studied at Ballymaloe Cookery School and worked at The River Cafe in London, both of which have influenced his style of cooking which is ingredient led, seasonal and delicious! Tickets are on a first come first served basis with newsletter subscribers being notified first (remember to sign up for early notice next time). Two sittings: one at 5.30pm and the other at 8.15pm.
