Catered for an amazing party. I did canapes, main buffet and many mini deserts

Canapes-vegetable lentil rolls, smoked salmon mousse blinis, melon and parma ham; tomato, feta and pesto tartlets and honey and rosemary sausages

Main buffet- roast filet beef, whole fresh salmon, New potatoes; beetroot, feta and lentil salad; buckwheat and roast vegetable salad, morrocan couscous salad, green salad; courgette, parmesan and pinenut salad, pickled fennel and pickled cucumber.

Mini Deserts- Lemon and Berry cake, lemon meringue tarts, tart aux fraise (strawberry and custard tarts), chocolate mousse profitteroles and mini brownies. 🤩😍😘👏

Cakes of all descriptions (Victoria sponge with lemon curd and meringue, super moist cholocately chocolate cake, red velvet, glorious ginger cake with lemon cream cheese frosting,creamy carrot cake with orange cream cheese frosting etc)
Gooy brownies
sweet potato, red lentil and parsley rolls, and
sausage rolls.
Sourdough breads, plain white or wholemeal.
Treacle soda bread
