Crafted from double-distilled malt at the Great Northern Distillery, this limited edition release marries various levels of Pedro Ximénez influence for depth and complexity. Experience rich layers of dried fruit, warm spice and PX sherry indulgence.

A tribute to PX production, cask selection and blending mastery. Natural colour. Non-chill filtered. For the curious collector and discerning palate alike!
