Connemara Wild Walks explore the edible and medicinal wild plants along our hedgerows and beaches.
Join me for a relaxed stroll along a boreen with lots of stops to learn what's going at our feet. We'll stroll along a beach at low tide identifying seaweeds and chatting about how they can be used in the kitchen.
I'll bring along tastings of seaweed bread/crackers and wild dips to enjoy.

Delighted to be cooking live on Monday 11th May. I'll be making a fish pie full of lovely fresh Irish fish and topped with mashed potatoes with nettles. I'll also do a side salad of local and foraged greens All ingredients will be Irish. Thanks for voting and please vote again when it opens next Thursday. Love Irish Food ♥️
