Where does our wild venison actually come from?

Across Ireland, trained hunters help manage wild deer populations to protect young woodlands and biodiversity. Every animal goes through a certified Game Handling Establishment before it’s approved for the food chain. That’s where our sourcing begins.

Clean ingredients, real food, full traceability.
That’s what matters to us.
