We will be closed from the end of this week for our usual summer break. It has been a difficult but rewarding year and we look forward to coming back rested and stronger.

We have made a selection of delicious layered cakes for this week including this delicious lemon and dark chocolate slice.

We have been hard at work for the last few weeks preparing ingredients for our sourdough Stollen. This is a traditional German christmas bread filled with whisky soaked fruit, candied lemon and orange peel and homemade marzipan. We make all of our candied peel in-house as it's infinity better than what's available commercially.

If you'd like to secure a loaf for Christmas then order at our shop today or tomorrow!
