Well it’s been a minute! Haven’t caked much at all in 2023 as renovating a house and growing a bubba kept me very busy indeed. Hoping to get back into it in 2024 so get in touch.

One cake I did make though, is my big girls 3rd birthday cake. My favourite cake to make every year!

Filled to the brim with shortbread, honeycomb, maltesers, marshmallow and caramel.

They serve 15-18 generously, last two weeks in the fridge and cost €50.

Treat boxes that went out today and I have to say, the coffee cake…🤌🏻 they were like little fondant fancies (who remembers those) but better!
Coffee sponge lightly sandwiched with coffee buttercream and a coffee glaze, cut into the perfect little cube. Heaven!
