This isn’t a post for sympathy.I know everyone sadly at some point has lost or will someday loose a parent😢I’m no different here🥺it’s just a post seeking people’s experience strength and hope to help me out a bit lol.thank god I am blessed with a good husband who has been through this also a few years ago.He is and continues to be kind,loving and a gift to me.🙌Everyone deals with grief differently and this is almost new for me the loss of a parent so I’m here for all the knowledge I can get😀is it really just time will heal me?what’s helped people in the first few weeks and days after loosing a loved one?so grateful for you all xx

A sad few days for us here,my lovely Dad has passed away.He was a gentle man,kind loving talented and great fun.He had time and love for everyone and a great care and kindness for animals.I see this every day in myself and my kids.His musical talent bypassed me but came to my kids so we are blessed we will have music in the house.🙏🏻He adored his grandchildren always joking and having fun and they adored him.A man who lived for 🎶 and played many instruments.🎸. His positivity and hope was astounding even in very difficult circumstances he showed us all great strength and courage.i have no fear of passing as I know you will be there waiting when the time comes.Rest easy dad you are our soldier❤️We love you. We’d appreciate if you know anyone who calls to the farmstand to let them know we will be closed this Sunday🙏🏻Thank you all for your patience while we take a short break.

We lost a beautiful jersey cow to pneumonia a few days ago😢.I don’t know but I don’t think I will ever toughen up and not feel it.They are such beautiful animals so gentle and we have such gratitude for each one of them as they help us live this life we have chosen.She never thrived from the day we bought her always compromised but she had a good home here.Thank god I have a husband who keeps the show going when I’d probably give up 🤦‍♀️ Off to pet some kittens now to lighten the load❤️farewell beautiful jersey girl😇🐮

finally got around to butter tutorial.full disclosure I didn't have time to seperate our own milk to make the butter so I also bought the cream 🙈.when its made with our own cream its a beautiful golden colour.you can look back through some of our posts on previous butter post 😅we hope you give it a try and let us know in the comments how it turned out
