Est 1985 Independent, Authentic, small batch, 100% natural, artisan c***rs & Ireland's only Brandy. Open for tours of our Orchard's, C***ry & Distillery

Our country manor house hotel brews and distills craft apple c***r and brandy in Co. Cork using apples from our own orchard. We are Ireland's only brandy distillery based in Cork and we also produce two c***r products - our own craft Longueville C***r and our new C***r Mór, a delicious combination of our brandy and c***r.
