Our country manor house hotel brews and distills craft apple cider and brandy in Co. Cork using apples from our own orchard. We are Ireland's only brandy distillery based in Cork and we also produce two cider products - our own craft Longueville Cider and our new Cider Mór, a delicious combination of our brandy and cider.
