Castlecor Potatoes were honoured to take part in the Billy O’Connell Memorial Tractor, Car and Truck Run yesterday in memory of Billy. It was lovely to be part of such a special event and to see so many people come together to remember Billy and honour his memory.

Rest in peace, Billy. 🕊️

🥔 From our fields in Castlecor to Irish shelves — it was great to welcome Lidl Ireland behind the scenes!

It was a great opportunity to showcase what we do, share the Castlecor story, and introduce them to the people behind our Irish-grown potatoes.

We’re very proud of our team, our standards and our long-standing partnership with Lidl Ireland. 🇮🇪🥔

🥔🎉 HAPPY NATIONAL POTATO DAY! 🇮🇪💚

Today, we're celebrating the humble spud and the important place it holds in Irish homes, on our dinner tables and in our farming heritage! 🥔🌱

From fluffy mash and crispy roasties to golden homemade chips, potatoes are at the heart of so many family favourites. ❤️

Behind every potato is the hard work and dedication of our Irish growers, bringing quality, fresh produce from the fields to our tables. 🚜

We're proud to be part of Ireland's potato-growing tradition and to celebrate the people, passion and produce that make it so special.

Here's to good food, strong farming and a whole lot of spuds! 🥔💚

Happy National Potato Day from all of us at Castlecor Potatoes! 🎉
