Harvest 2026!!

Pinch me moment for myself at Stuart the other day to see the grain being harvested! 4 varieties, all grown biodynamically, 10 minutes away from me in Kilcock🌾

Now it’s time to clean, dry and mill.

Quick visit today to in Kilcock to check on how the wheat is doing. Safe to say, its thriving. The biodiversity in this field is something to marvel at. Plenty of butterflies and insects living amongst the grain.

Just waiting for harvest which is not too long away now

Cant wait to get this milled and start using it later in the year 🌾

And then we had Wheat 🌾

What a pinch me moment! The legend that is Stuart from has 4 Heritage Varieties of wheat in the ground in Kilcock, all grown under Biodynamic Principles.

Couldn’t be more excited to have my own wheat that i can mill and use in Future Pizza & Dough endeavours.
A project that will hopefully continue for many more years to come.

Now we just pray to the weather gods to bring us a good harvest 🤞
