Coyne Family Butchers Maynooth is a second generation butcher shop. The Coyne family have been beef farming and retailing for centuries. The business is now run by Master Butcher Declan Coyne, son of Joe Coyne. Joe is well known in the area, having opened a butcher shop in Kilcock in 1950 which he successfully ran until his retirement. Using traditional butchery techniques, while embracing modern

advances in their craft, Coyne Family Butchers expertly prepare and serve a wide range of quality meat. Beef is hand selected to ensure consistency of quality at all times and hung for a minimum of 28 days. All Coyne Family Butcher’s meat is locally sourced and fully traceable from pasture to plate.
